What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the service, quantity and artwork requirements. Selected services may be available with a 24-hour turnaround once artwork is approved.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No. Printakit welcomes everything from one-off personalised items to larger business and team orders.
Can you help create or fix my artwork or logo?
Yes. We can help prepare, refine or create artwork and logos so they are ready for professional production.
What file types should I send?
Print-ready PDF or vector artwork is preferred. High-resolution PNG files are also accepted, and we can assess other formats after you send them through.
Do you require a deposit before production?
Deposit requirements depend on the order type, value and quantity. Any required deposit will be clearly confirmed with your quote before production begins.
Can I supply my own shirts, jerseys or garments?
Yes. Customer-supplied garments are accepted after we check that the material and condition are suitable for the selected printing method.
Do you offer delivery, collection or installation?
Yes. Delivery, local collection and installation are all available depending on the product and job location.
How does the quote and approval process work?
Send us your project details through the quote form. We will confirm the specifications, price and timing, then provide an artwork proof where required. Production begins after you approve the artwork and any required deposit is received.
Can you handle urgent orders?
Yes, subject to production availability and the type of job. Let us know your deadline when requesting a quote so we can confirm the fastest available option.
Are package inclusions and prices customisable?
Yes. Our packages are starting points and can be adjusted to suit your business, team, quantities and budget.
Do you provide vehicle-graphic installation?
Yes. Vehicle-graphic installation is available and quoted according to the size, coverage and vehicle.
